Yes, electric standing desks with motorized height adjustment need to be plugged in to change the height.
You should start with 10-15 minutes standing every hour and listen to your body to avoid discomfort, gradually increasing your standing time as you get used to it.
The major difference between Pesk and Pesk Pro is the desktop. The desktop of Pesk is made from MFC board, and there are 4 colours to choose from. Pesk Pro is made from FAS solid wood. There are walnut brown desktops or white ash desktops.
Robin series come with cable management system and Pesk series do not come with cable management system.
