Shipping & Delivery Policy

Your order will be shipped from our warehouse in New South Wales. In-stock items will be dispatched within 1-5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. The delivery time will vary based on your location.

Pre-sale or out-of-stock items will be shipped within 30 business days unless otherwise specified on the product page or during checkout. We provide tracking information for all orders. Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be sent to you via email or SMS if you have provided a phone number. You can also check the order status on our website.
If a product is out of stock or available for pre-order, the estimated shipping date will be listed on the product page and during checkout. While we strive to accurately estimate shipping dates, the schedule may change due to unforeseen delays. We charge for pre-orders at checkout to secure your place in line, but you can cancel your pre-order at any time before shipment for a full refund. For the latest information on pre-orders, please contact us via chat or our contact page.

Delivery Partners

Your order will be delivered by our selected delivery partners. Allied is our primary carrier for desks and chairs, but we cannot control delays or issues with local couriers. If your order is delayed by more than 3 business days beyond the estimated arrival date, please contact us via chat, email, or through our contact page. Provide your name, order number, and order date for prompt assistance.
Other accessories will be shipped through Allied or other delivery partners, such as postal services. For any issues, please contact us via chat or email promptly.

Shipping Costs

9am offers a simple flat-rate shipping structure based on product type. Please note that the higher flat rate will apply if you order multiple types of products. Shipping fees for multiple desks/chairs will be calculated at checkout.
  • Accessories: AUD 9.95
  • Standing desks and ergonomic chairs: AUD 59.00
Please note:
  • We do not deliver desks and chairs to Parcel Lockers or PO boxes, except small accessories.
  • Your order will not be delivered to your apartment via stairs or elevators. Our delivery partners may drop the items at the ground floor level only or at your front door.
  • Rural or remote areas may incur additional shipping fees. In such cases, a team member will contact you to discuss the extra charges or offer to cancel the order.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to modify your order, you can cancel any in-stock order within 1 hour of placing it through the confirmation email. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will issue a full refund. Once the order is processed, we cannot cancel it or make any changes, including address changes. All such requests will be treated as returns. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Freight Forwarders, Off-Site Package Managers, and Third-Party Parcel Lockers

The following terms apply if using freight forwarders, off-site package managers, or third-party parcel lockers:
9AM is not responsible for damage, defects, discrepancies, or loss of goods once delivered to a freight forwarder, remote parcel manager, or third-party parcel locker. 9am cannot offer replacements or refunds for items delivered to these locations. You should instruct your freight forwarder, off-site package managers, or third-party parcel locker to refuse damaged goods upon arrival. You are responsible for any loss after goods are received.

Additional Notes

If you receive a damaged package, please take photos and keep the damage evidence and the label on the outside of the package for verification. Contact us immediately via chat or email, providing the relevant photos and order information to facilitate prompt after-sales support.
