1. Reservation Offer

The Arco Series Reservation Offer is available to customers in Australia only. By paying an AUD 39.90 reservation payment during the pre-launch period, customers will unlock AUD 239.80 worth of exclusive Arco Series launch benefits when purchasing an eligible Arco Series electric standing desk after its official launch. The AUD 39.90 reservation payment is separate from the final purchase price of the Arco Series desk and will not be deducted from the amount payable for the desk at checkout.

2. Reservation Benefits

Reservation customers will receive the following benefits:

  • AUD 150 off an Arco Series desk
  • Free standard shipping, valued at AUD 39.90
  • One complimentary Flip Cable Tray, valued at AUD 49.90

The total stated value of the reservation benefits is AUD 239.80.

3. Launch Date

The Arco Series is currently expected to officially launch on 20 October 2026. The stated launch date is an estimate and may change due to logistics, supply chain circumstances, or other factors reasonably outside our control. If the official launch date changes, the reservation benefit redemption period will begin from the actual official launch date.

4. Benefit Validity

Arco Reservation Benefits are valid for 30 days from the official Arco Series launch date. Customers must complete their eligible Arco Series purchase within this 30-day redemption period to receive the reservation benefits. Any unused reservation benefits will expire after the applicable redemption period.

5. Redemption

Reservation customers will receive instructions on how to redeem their Arco Reservation Benefits following the official launch. The information used to redeem the benefits must correspond with the reservation record held by us. The AUD 239.80 represents the combined stated value of the promotional benefits and is not equivalent to AUD 239.80 in cash.
