What Is the Share & Reward Program?
It's simple: show your 9am HOME desk setup! Snap photos or videos of your workspace featuring your 9am HOME desk, share them on social media, and follow the steps below to join.
What Rewards Can You Get?
We appreciate every story shared! All valid entries can choose one of these rewards:
Basic Reward – for all valid entries (choose one):
- A$50 cash back, OR
- 20% OFF Gift Card for use at the 9am HOME store — perfect for your next upgrade!
Bonus Reward – for outstanding content (choose one):
If your post stands out in quality or engagement, you may receive:
- 20% refund of your order, or
- 50% OFF Gift Card, or
- One FREE accessory of your choice
By default, claiming a reward grants 9am HOME the rights to use your content. If you choose the Basic Reward, you may request to withdraw usage rights. Bonus Reward requires full usage rights for brand promotion and marketing purposes (including social media, websites, advertising, and creative editing).
What Makes Content “Outstanding”?
We evaluate great content in two ways. You just need to achieve one of these:
- Quality-Based: Clean composition, well-lit setup, stylish layout, and a heartfelt caption/story.

- Instagram / Facebook / TikTok posts with 200+ likes; YouTube / X posts with 100+ likes.
- AND 20+ unique comments.
Who Can Participate & When?
Eligible if you bought a 9am HOME desk between 1 May and 30 September 2025 (accessories excluded).
- If your desk arrived before 1 September, post your content by 30 September.
- If your desk arrives after 1 September, post within 30 days of delivery.
How to Join? Follow Tese Easy Steps!
- Confirm your desk order was placed between 1 May and 30 September 2025.
- Take 3 or more photos or 1+ video (10 seconds or longer) of your desk setup, sharing your experience in the caption.
- Post your content on your social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, or X).
- Caption and Post tag @9amHOME, please include the hashtags #9amHOME and #9amHomeStory, and feel free to add related tags such as #StandingDesk, #DeskSetup, #HomeOffice.
- Keep your post and account public for at least 30 days.
- Submit your post link via our online form or email us at support@9amhome.com.
- Once confirmed, we will issue your reward within 7 business days.

FAQs
Q: I don't have professional equipment to take photos or videos. Can I still join?
A: Of course! We value genuine, heartfelt, and natural content over professional or cinematic effects.
Q: How long after posting on Instagram can I receive the reward?
A: Please keep your post and account public for at least 30 days. After review, we'll notify you within 7 business days.
Q: Can I receive both the basic reward and the bonus reward?
A: Each order is eligible for only one reward, but outstanding content can be considered for the bonus reward.
Q: Can I gift or combine the gift card with other discount offers?
A: Gift cards are single-use, non-transferable, and cannot be combined with other discounts. They must be redeemed with the email used for the original order.
Q: I don't want my content used publicly by 9am HOME. Can I still participate?
A: Yes, if you only want the basic reward, you can retain full rights to your content. The bonus reward requires content usage permission.
Q: I live outside Australia. Can I join?
A: Currently, the campaign is only open to Australian customers who ordered via our official website.
Q: I didn't order during the campaign period. Can I join?
A: This round applies to purchases from 1 May to 30 September 2025. Future campaigns may have different eligibility requirements.
Q: How long does the review take, and when will I receive my reward?
A: Once we receive your submission, we'll confirm the status with you as soon as possible. If your entry meets the requirements, we will issue your reward within 7 business days.
Q: Can I participate multiple times?
A: Each order is eligible for one reward only. Multiple posts are welcome, but only one reward will be issued per order.
